From installer to first session.

Install SigmaRound

Download the approved SigmaRoundSetup-<version>.exe. Verify the publisher in Windows before running it, then follow the installer. Production releases must be code signed.

Activate your device

Open SigmaRound, paste your license key, and select Activate license. Initial activation needs internet access. Your plan allows one or two Windows devices. Do not share your key.

Connect your AI and audio services

After activation, open Settings to securely add your AI and audio service API credentials. Test each connection, save the credentials, and select an available model. Your credentials are encrypted locally on your Windows device and are not stored on SigmaRound servers.

Need help setting up your API credentials? Contact SigmaRound Support. Our team can guide you through the setup by email or a support call. Never send API keys, passwords, or other private credentials by email.

Prepare a session

Create a session with the role and company. Add your résumé, job description, supporting context, response style, and any permitted instructions.

Run device check

Open the session. Confirm interviewer output and your optional microphone are transcribed in Device Check, then select Start when you are ready.
